Cook 2 cup beetroot diced Cook 3 cups of rice

In a big pot, add: Chopped onion Bay leaf x6 Cloves x13 Cardamom x6 Cinnamon rolls x2 2 green chili Ginger Garlic 1 cup tomato passata 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp chili powder 2 tsp garam masala Cook until beetroot is half cooked Add rice and mix well Add 2 cups of coconut milk Add water if necessary Cook on low heat for 10’

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and roasted cashew nuts
