Double chocolate muffins

Pre-heat the oven at 180C (with fan).
Mix in a large bowl:
- 1 1/4 cup atta flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp instant expresso powder (optional, gives more taste)
- 1/2 tsp salt
Mix well, then add the following:
- 1 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Mix well until everything is combined, then mix in 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into 12 muffins moulds.
Bake for 12 minutes, then rotate the tray and bake for another 10 minutes.
Let the muffins cool down before removing them from the moulds.
