Lentils and sweet potatoes

That’s a super easy, super delicious and super nutritious recipe!

Soak 2 cups of lentils for 30’, and then wash then.

Put in a pressure cooker:

  • The washed lentils
  • Diced onions
  • One or two tomatoes, diced
  • One carrot, diced
  • Some sweet potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp madras curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • Water so that the ingredients are covered with water

Cook in the pressure cooker for 8’. Garnish with chopped coriander.
