Lentils and sweet potatoes

That’s a super easy, super delicious and super nutritious recipe!
Soak 2 cups of lentils for 30’, and then wash then.
Put in a pressure cooker:
- The washed lentils
- Diced onions
- One or two tomatoes, diced
- One carrot, diced
- Some sweet potatoes, diced
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp madras curry powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tsp salt
- Water so that the ingredients are covered with water
Cook in the pressure cooker for 8’. Garnish with chopped coriander.
