Hash browns

For two people:

Shred about 350g of potatoes and place in a large bowl.

Add the following:

  • 1/4 cup atta flour
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper

Mix well and form four balls. Put a thin layer of oil in large pan and heat up a little bit.

Place the hash browns in the pan and flatten them with a spatula. Turn over every couple of minutes until well-cooked (about 10 minutes).
