Spicy chickpea salad

In a large salad bowl, put the following:

  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • About 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger puree
  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves, sliced
  • 2 green chilies, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin, ground
  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black salt (if you have)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice (or lemon juice if you don’t have limes)
  • Salt to taste

Mix well and enjoy!
