Breakfast fruity bowl

In a bowl, add 100g frozen blueberries and 100g frozen strawberries (or cherries, or some other berries of your liking). Defrost in the microwave.

Then add the following:

  • Juice of 1.5 oranges (if that’s too sour for you, you can use soya yogurt)
  • 1 tsp goji berries
  • 2 tsp raisins
  • 1 chopped date
  • 1 chopped dried fig
  • chopped fresh mint leaves

When you are ready to eat, add the following:

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 chopped banana
