Breakfast fruity bowl

In a bowl, add 100g frozen blueberries and 100g frozen strawberries (or cherries, or some other berries of your liking). Defrost in the microwave.
Then add the following:
- Juice of 1.5 oranges (if that’s too sour for you, you can use soya yogurt)
- 1 tsp goji berries
- 2 tsp raisins
- 1 chopped date
- 1 chopped dried fig
- chopped fresh mint leaves
When you are ready to eat, add the following:
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 chopped banana
