Vegan crepes

Mix the following in a large bowl:

  • 180g atta flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 600mL soya milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Cook the crepes one by one by in a tawa or large pan, spreading the batter using a ladle. You will need to use a bit of oil at the beginning and between each crepe.

Eat with toppings of your choice, such as sliced bananas, melted dark chocolate, maple syrup, etc.
