Lemon pickle

Cook at medium heat:

  • 1kg lemon skins
  • Ginger cut in julienne
  • water
  • 3 tbsp salt

Remove lemon skin

Add 1/2 cup sugar and 5 tbsp chili flakes

Roast & crush:

  • 1 tbsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp methi seeds

Add masala to water

Cook 5’

Add 6 green chili chopped

Add back the lemon skins

Mix and put in jars
