Make your own kimchi with this super simple recipe!
1kg Chinese cabbage
Cut in big chunks
Wash
1 tbsp of salt
Soak for 2h
Wash
Crush 1 head of garlic
Add 1 tbsp chili powder
Add 1 tsp paprika
Mix
Put in jar
Let it ferment for 2-5 days
